This Mercedes Audio Upgrade system is designed to go into most modern Mercedes Vehicles running the basic audio system and will transform your musical experience in your car.
Mercedes Benz is a car designed for the modern world and no one can argue about the build quality from the German Car giants. However where we find most owners complain is when it comes to the Audio system Mercedes fit as standard. The quality is simply awful and definitely lets the car down.
But owners need not worry. We have been experimenting and feel like we have found a solution which will allow you to enjoy your time on the road whilst listening to music in a manner which suits the car.
Our 2 packages include vast amounts of sound deadening which will remove all rattles and vibrations which will result in the speakers working in solid doors and performing just the way they should. Most newer Mercedes vehicles require the door window glass to be removed when sound deadening the doors so we can access the outer skin of the car. But we have all the tools in house to remove and refit the glass to factory standard.
We also replace the factory footwell 6” woofer with 2 x 8” drivers (1 either side) which handle all low frequencies and need to be heard to be appreciated.
The whole system is driven by a 5 channel amplifier which allows us to control the frequencies each speaker handles and is the heart and soul of the system. We also install a bass controller up front within easy reach of the driver so that you can adjust just the amount of bass you want.
We have 2 packages currently with the difference between Pack 1 and Pack 2 being the rear speakers. Pack 1 doesn’t include upgrading of the rear speakers and we leave the factory speakers in place giving some rear fill but amplify the speakers so we can take away any frequencies the speaker cant handle. Pack 2 includes a set of rear Coaxial speakers and complete sound deadening of the rear doors.
We have now installed this system into many vehicles and it sounds superb every single time and always brings a huge smile to the owners face upon demonstration. Please see our video demo below:
